Easy Returns Within 14 Days
At ORYA WEAR, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all tags, labels, and packaging intact
Items that are worn, washed, or damaged cannot be accepted.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping Fees
- If the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, ORYA WEAR will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other reasons (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee
