Return & Refund Policy
At Orya, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order doesn’t fully convince you, you can return or exchange it under the conditions described below.
Return Period
• You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange.
Return Conditions
• The item must be unused and unworn.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Return Shipping
• Return shipping is free of charge for our customers. Orya covers the cost of return pickup anywhere in Morocco.
Exchanges
• Need a different size or color? We offer hassle-free exchanges within 7 days, under the same conditions as returns.
Refund Process
• Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the conditions above.
• After approval, your refund will be issued by bank transfer or cash deposit (virement ou versement).
